Bulk Order and Custom Design Policy

🛍️Ordering Terms

All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation to secure production. Customisation fees are included in this deposit. The remaining balance for PebbleScents™ bottles is due prior to delivery. Orders will not be processed without the deposit, and dispatch will not occur until the balance is paid in full. Clients paying in full upfront will receive a 3% discount on the total cost of PebbleScents™ ordered. Late payments will incur an interest charge of 1.5% per week.

Ownership of goods remains with Abi Kaya Creates until full payment is received. We operate on a non-consignment basis to ensure fairness and efficiency in all transactions. 📌 Note: Payments are processed via Stripe, with a 1.7% + AU$0.30 surcharge for credit card transactions. However, in the rare event of damage during transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing a clear photo of the damaged items to hello@abikayacreates.com. For any confirmed damage, we will refund the cost of the affected items or offer a replacement at no additional charge.
